If you’re having trouble with visual voicemail on your iOS device, try these steps to troubleshoot:
Step 1: Restart your device:
– Press and hold the side button and volume button until the power off slider appears.
– Drag the slider to turn off your device.
– Wait for about 10 seconds, then press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo to turn it back on.
Step 2: Check through the phone app:
– Open the Phone app.
– Click on Voicemail tab to access your voicemail inbox.
