Account lock is enabled by default on your account for added security. If needed, you can easily disable or re-enable it at any time by following the below steps:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to ‘Settings’.
Click the toggle against ‘Account lock’ in case you’ve previously disabled it.
And then click ‘Unlock My Account’ or ‘Unlock My Account’ depending on the account status.
A One Time Password will be sent to your registered email address. You need to enter and confirm this One Time Password to verify your identity.
