No, there are no cancelation fees or penalties for disconnecting your line with our service. You have two options when disconnecting your line:
If you choose to disconnect your line before the start of your next billing cycle, you can continue to use your service throughout the current cycle. Keep in mind that any additional services you purchase during this time, like international roaming, may incur extra charges. Your line will automatically disconnect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
If you prefer to transfer (port) or disconnect your number in the middle of your bill cycle, your services on our network will cease on the date of disconnection, and there will be no refunds for service based on proration.
